Plenty of sleeping and work options with 2 kings, 2 queens and a sofa bed, plus 3 desks. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets and walks past vineyards and farm animals in the neighborhood. Clean, cozy and comfy. 98% walk factor. Close to shops, restaurants, brewery and live music. While the cottage is private and peaceful, it’s close to art, many culinary choices and fun entertainment. We do not have central a/c or heat. Summer: window ac cools the house. Winter: each bedroom has baseboard heaters controlled by a wall knob. Other rooms are kept warm with very new space heaters. The cottage warms up quickly. PLZ DO NOT TURN ON THE POT BELLY STOVE. it’s inoperable! Thx u!
