The house is located 50m from the amazing beach of Costa Rei. The house is on ground floor and itself comprises of two bedroom and living room with a fully equipped kitchen area. There are two bathrooms, one of which is located between two bedrooms and it is provided with a shower and bidet. The other one is outside the property. In addition there is outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a garden. There is the possibility to eat outside even cooking by the fireplace, under the loggia placed in front of the kitchen. This year a complete renovation has been done to the house, adding modern amenities.

All’interno si compone di due camere matrimoniali un bagno completo con lavatrice cucinotto con angolo cottura frigo combinato e lavandino con forno a microonde; oltre ad un arioso soggiorno dotato di condizionatore inverter, divano letto matrimoniale e zona pranzo.
