Our hi-end cabin offers a beautiful country setting on 4 acres and comes equipped with luxurious bedroom suites! Soak in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful view from the log cabin deck or sip a fresh cup of coffee on the hickory rocking chairs on the front porch. Our family-friendly space comfortably sleeps 11 guests, and larger groups are welcome! The large lawn is perfect for games, tent camping, and quality time around the campfire. Mattie's Place is a little bit of Heaven. It is situated on the edge of 35+ acres. Come enjoy the peacefulness, soak up the beauty and enjoy the simple side of life. The guest house consist of a super big livingroom area with 3 Recliners and a large sectional couch,single bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen, bathroom/shower and laundry room. There is a large screened in back porch with dinning area and grill. We're located 4 minutes away from Woodbury Wildlife Area for the Deer Hunters.

Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

The Bell Tower

Enjoy a breathtaking view atop the bell tower of the second oldest church in Coshocton County. The bell (that was cast at the Troy Bell Company in NY and once rang out the death of Abraham Lincoln) hung in the tower from 1853 until it was moved to its nearby location in the Roscoe United Methodist Church. Renovated between 2020-2023 this space provides a unique place to relax just up the hill from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants.

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!
