Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands/Sidney BC, and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. You will love the quiet neighborhood, and our lovely gardens and pond. Clean, cozy, roomy studio apartment with its own private balcony entry and skylights to keep it bright and cheery. Fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave and refrigerator (no stove.)

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Anacortes is the gateway to the San Juan Islands. Enjoy your coffee on the patio watching eagles and other wildlife. Located on beautiful south Fidalgo island, you are 7 minutes to Deception Pass bridge, 13 minutes to downtown Anacortes, and 17 minutes to the ferry terminal to the San Juan islands. Curl up with a good book, watch a movie or just relax and enjoy our beautiful view of north Whidbey island and Deception Pass. The studio has a comfortable king sized bed, built in office space and full kitchen with island. Shared sauna included. The studio is adjacent to another unit and owners live upstairs. You may hear faint noises from shared living and light footsteps upstairs. This space is not suitable for children or infants

The location can't be beat for crabbing and fishing trips. The triple boat launch and brand new public dock is 1/4 mile down the road in the park. The front lawn is across the street from the ocean. We have the largest lot in the neighborhood and it includes fruit trees, a garden, BBQ and kayaks.

House on Penn Cove: Charming Low Bank Waterfront

The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
