The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

J&F placed a big emphasis on outdoor entertaining with a massive covered deck, the picnic table patio, & access to a cedar barrel sauna! Whether coming from close or far, you deserve it!

In addition to free tea and coffee, we also provide a simple, nutritious and delicious optional free breakfast for our guests, including eggs, dumplings, seasonal fruits, desserts, and etc. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available. Breakfast time is 8 - 9 am.

Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.

The University of Victoria is a short walk. You have your own private, contained suite, with parking on site and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
