Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, walking distance to Rite-Aid pharmacy (& ice cream) it is ideal for traveling couples, solo travelers, or for business. Very close to grocery stores, a short drive to downtown, and near the 198 highway entrance. Sequoia National Park is up the highway, about a 45 minute drive to the entrance and about 90 min to General Sherman Tree. Truly the perfect place!

Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
