We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. The Roxton House Guest Cottage

Escape to quiet country living. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The house built in 1894 was one of the first in Roxton. Roxton’s population is 548, no stop light. Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.

Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Take It Easy - la petit is located on 1/2 acre

TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

Cane Creek Lodge near Paris Texas

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3-bedroom home in small town Roxton Tx. It is near Cane Creek with the beautiful Rock Falls Park and one of the most photographed bridges in Texas. The Roxton Chaparral Rail Trail is direct across the street. This trail goes along some of the historical railroad tracks in this area. This peaceful historical town has so much charm and is a great place to unwind and relax with your family. It is only a 12 minute drive to downtown Paris!

Peaceful secluded stay on 30 acres just an hour to an hour and a half away from Dallas. Overlook a private 5 acre lake and take in the scenery or the amazing stars at night. You can fish, relax, or explore! All the amenities of a luxurious hotel suite, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but just 15 minutes from Commerce, TX. Of which, has everything that you may need including a quaint small town coffee shop, nice selection of restaurants, and stores.

1st Street Lofts: Efficiency #214

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

The Hive ... a country getaway

This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.

Delmade Inn - after our mothers-Delma and Madelyn

Sit on the quaint porch and enjoy getting away from home. The Delmade Inn (named after our mothers - Delma and Madelyn) is a tiny house that has all you need for an enjoyable visit. All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

Lake House on Bob Sandlin

East Texas sunsets await you on the beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin. his house is truly perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, a fun family retreat, or a weekend fishing on the lake. Experience exceptional sunset views from the boathouse balcony and craft an exquisite s'mores experience over the fire pit. Enjoy the lake by fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake.

The Farm House

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
