Nestled on 2.5 wooded acres of privacy & close to everything, this 4 bed 2 bath has a huge kitchen, dining, & living room complete w/ real wood burning fireplace. Master bed features a new king size bed, black out curtains, large bathroom w/ soaker tub & walk in shower. Bedroom #2 & #3 are at the other end of the home, each has a new queen bed. Bed 4 is the office w/ a full sized day bed w/ twin trundle. This room sleeps 3 kids or 2 adults.

You will love the private setting of this renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. The home features all the amenities you need for a great get away. You can relax in the infinity edge pool that overlooks Lake Tenkiller. Beautiful sunrises and a moon that glistens off the water. Purple Martins are in abundance. Barnacle Bills Marina is apx. 0.5 mile away where you can dine and have a relaxing beverage of your choice. Bring your boat! We have a hot tub in the man cave from mid September to mid May.

Classroom 6, a former Classroom, is located on lot 6 at Snake Creek Marina. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room along with 2 bedroom, 2 bath is all you need to have FUN! The 2 decks offer such a different environment from each other. The upper deck has a 4 person hot tub, outdoor dining, 36" Blackstone grill, and 2 lounge chairs. The "mandala" deck has a sofa & 2 hand crafted porch swings that helps get you in that relaxed mode. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
