Bay of Palma (20 min.) and Alcúdia and Pollença (30 min.). and in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, an ideal place to practice all type of outdoors sports like trekking, mountain bike and other sports related to the nature.

A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
