Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.

The Loft - a self contained light and airy 200 year old farm building in the hamlet of Swartha with magnificent views across the Aire valley. Ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. There are walks from the doorstep across fields, through woods or on country roads. Easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, Bolton Abbey, Worth Valley Railway, Leeds/Liverpool canal, Haworth plus the scenic areas of Skipton and Malham.
