Welcome to the Q-Corral, located in the heart of wine country! We are located within a short drive of 5 wineries and can arrange tours to any others you wish to visit. Our apartment is a 1BD 1BA with a full kitchen, spacious deck, and private entrance. There is also an 220W EV charger upon request. During your stay, we welcome you to experience the "farm life" and interact with the many animals we have on the property. This can include collecting your own eggs for breakfast from our chickens!

The Cozy Library is a private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. Walk to the Columbia River trail; 5 minutes to downtown Richland, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU; 15 minutes to wineries, airport. This quiet ground-floor garden suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

Fisherman’s Paradise on Moses Lake

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Step outside and you will see beautiful Moses Lake (no view from inside guest suite). This space comfortably sleeps 4 with kitchenette, outdoor BBQ, and 1 bath You have access to the dock (you will walk down a steep switchback paved hill). The space has a keypad entry. Rooms are separated by partition walls (They do not go all the way to the ceiling). Bedding is a queen , twin and futon. Lots of parking space for truck & boat on this acre property

Rustic Cowboy Bunkhouse on Pedersen Family Ranch

Enjoy wide open spaces, starry nights and quiet, fresh country air? Our 2 bedroom bunkhouse has private parking and access to our own park and playground and boasts it’s own cowboy double shower. Chillax on the covered porch on cool nights or warm afternoons. Star-gaze the Milky Way w/o city glare. Hike or bike without traffic to the tops of the hills for spectacular sun rises/sets. A/C and Starlink WiFi. Free farm tour on foot available! Come unwind by the fire pit and enjoy the quiet.

"Calico's Chicken House" on Historic Farm

Welcome to "Calico's Chicken House!" We are so happy you found our historic farm which my parents purchased in 1947. Located just down the road from where my great grandparents purchased the original farm which is still in the family today. We named the former chicken house after our favorite farm cat, Calico. She resided there for 17 years and found great comfort. We know you will too. Recently remodeled to accommodate your every creature comfort need. Our house is family and pet friendly.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The Grain Bin Inn

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! The Inn is cozy and unique- perfect for a weekend getaway at any time of the year! There's a fire pit, as well as other outdoor areas to relax in such as the grain bin lounge.
