The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

A dedicated walkway with motion activated light leads up to your private entrance in a nice, quiet neighborhood located near the I85-385 intersection. This isn't a shared or basement unit, it's a first floor unit w/ private entrance for convenient check-in. There's no shared space/kitchen included, this is a separate rental space within my home. This suite is available for mature guests (min 25) who respect quiet, it's close to restaurants, shopping, GE Vernova, Fluor, Michelin, GSP, etc.

Welcome to our Mauldin home, a suburb of Greenville ! We are centrally located close to shopping and just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care!

This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.
