Conveniently located at one of the entrances to the beautiful Manuels River Trail, the suite is just minutes from the Manuels River Interpretation Center and all main amenities in CBS. Only a 15-20 min drive to the Avalon Mall, hospitals and the airport.

It has 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed as well as a couch that folds into a bed. It has a large back deck with a state of the art self cleaning hot tub. The property sits ocean side with amazing views and the T-Railway walking trail. Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer!

Oceanfront, beach side, 1 bedroom basement suite in a quiet cul de sac. Cook with cooktop, air fryer, wok, microwave, toaster oven, plus pots, pans, dishes, etc. Next to trailway with benches for views of sunset/sunrise, and the bay. Located close to stadium, post secondary institutions and highway for access to the capital city and surrounding towns. Beach bonfires available upon request. No pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, or cooking with curry due to sensitivity to odor.
