My guests will also be able to go up to my Sky Deck which has one of the highest and most beautiful views of the lake and the Texas hill country. There is a private entrance for guest. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood with regular wildlife visitors such as deer, a little fox, cardinals, hummingbirds, butterflies and more. We are right off Hwy 281, just 5 minutes from the Guadalupe River, less than an hour from Fredericksburg (known for it’s wineries), and 30 minutes from San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne. We think it’s the perfect location!
