River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

This cottage is nestled in Canyon Lake, Texas just 2 miles away from the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River. It is surrounded by trees and wildlife making it very private and a feeling of seclusion. Inside there is a king and queen size bed, 2 private bathrooms/ showers, full kitchen, dining table for 4, Washer and Dryer, 65” Roku TV, and Fiber optic Internet. Outside is a massive deck, gas grill, fire pit, string lights and a hot tub.

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. guest house is located on an acre of land on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels. We are 4 miles from downtown New Braunfels, and 5 miles from Gruene. Our main residence is on the same property, but you will enjoy your own space; the only thing we share is the main driveway into the property. This is a waterfront property-Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver in the house rules.
