At ENJOYTHESEAINCOLONIA, we are a private owner with several apartments in the same building overlooking the sea, with huge terraces and stunning views. Feel free to ask us about the others apartments. Our SAND apartment consists of three double rooms, living room, all of them sea views, plus kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry. The furniture is new, including the doors, windows and installation of electricity and embedded plumbing. It has hot and cold air conditioning. The new kitchen is very spacious, bright and functional. The whole apartment is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, nice furniture and comfortable mattresses. Best of all is the huge terrace where everyone is very impressed with its breath-taking views and the new chill-out sofas there, although the views from the living room are also unforgettable. Located next to the sea, in the pleasant Colonia de St Jordi harbour, 100 m. from the beach "Es Port" and five minutes walking from "Es Dolç" beach. And near the famous “Es Trenc” beach by car or bus. It's ideal for a family with children even grandparents, or several friends, as it has beds for six people, two of them King size. Enjoy the sea, the sun, the beach, relax, stroll along the sea, take pleasure with the best company in our chill-out terrace, a glass of wine at sunset, watch the full moon reflected on the sea ...
