Our house is located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island in the North Forest Beach neighborhood. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach. Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. Our spacious two bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa overlooks a large swimming pool, and comfortably accommodates six people. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished to be a home-away-from-home.  The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer.  There is seating for six at the dining room table.  The living room entertainment center has a Smart TV connected to cable and WiFi. Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.
