Heathcote wine country is only 30 minutes away and Bendigo, a short 15 minute drive offers a multitude of activities including shopping, nightlife and rich art and history culture.

Campaspe Cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Kentucky log cabin set on 38 acres with a kilometre of private river frontage on the Campaspe River, 2 minutes from Axedale. The cabin is cosy, rustic and perfect for a fishing retreat or rural break. Recently updated with modern conveniences, free wifi, Apple TV and breaky supplies included. Axedale has a tavern, 18 hole golf course, general store, kids park and is 20 minutes to Bendigo, 10 mins to Lake Eppalock and 20 mins to Heathcote wine country.

The Rocks Studio

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets).
