The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Sapphire Beach is the sort after destination for locals and tourists because it offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to everything. In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

We are on a peaceful 10 acres of farmland in Gleniffer just 8 minutes north of Bellingen in the Promised Land. Your self contained cottage is separate to our house and has panoramic valley and mountain views across to 'Old Man Dreaming'.
