The lake house is centrally located as it is only 12 mins to downtown Enterprise and 23 minutes to Ft. Novosel. No house parties. No uncleared guests. Fishing is allowed but no swimming.

Fishing available from shore and the property includes a small boat launch, fire pit, porch swing, rocking chairs, grill, and picnic tables.
