Over 100 years old in the historic London Road/Victoria Park area. This modernized duplex boasts 9' ceilings with a well stocked kitchen and large dining table to gather around. Three queen sized bedrooms plus a den will sleep 8 guests comfortably. There are 2 full baths with a walk-in shower on the main floor. The enclosed back porch and small fenced patio is great for pets or snuggling around the fire. The property is centrally located with an average 3 min drive to shopping and the hospital.

This basement suite has big windows and lots of room, as well as a kitchen. We have a wood burning stove to give the cozy country atmosphere. This is a newer home with a relaxed setting, 60” smart TV with DVD player, steam shower and pool table for your enjoyment. Very quiet area surrounded by a hayfield, with fire pit and sitting area.

For the ultimate in privacy and freedom this dome in an urban backyard has no equal. The Gnome Dome has (almost) all the features of a hotel room with none of the noise. The bed is suitable for one person only (1 meter wide) The backyard is an oasis where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The Ultimate Getaway

Our place was designed for families . We gave the yard a campground feel with a large bilevel deck, blue-tooth speaker surround sound, two sitting areas, a hot tub, two fire places (propane and wood),zipline to a landing platform, and a slide from the platform to a sandbox for kids. The yard is very spacious with lots of room to play. The inside was modernized and includes wifi and smart tvs in every room with a large leather sectional couch for easy visiting.

Come, relax, and enjoy your stay in this cozy character home, built in 1910 and nestled in the historic and beautiful Victoria Park area, known for its streets lined with mature trees and unique houses. The home is close to everything you'll need for your stay - within walking distance to Lethbridge's downtown and Sonder, our favourite coffee shop, and the hospital if you are visiting a loved one while you are here.
