Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Bradninch. Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.
