The Beehive

Set in beautiful east Devon countryside, the Beehive is a haven for nature and bird lovers, yet still close to all amenities With a separate parking area and access, the Beehive is flooded in sunshine all day long making it an ideal place to write, paint or simply relax. 5 mins from the A30, 7 mins from M5 junction 29, 6 minutes to Exeter airport. Close to Delightful village shop with renowned bakery and post office. Easy reach to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Bictoncollege and park.

Pad in Pinhoe

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food and a fantasti italian Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Self contained Annexe+outdoor space+parking +wifi

This family friendly unique place has been newly refurbished. Providing accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comes with 1 private parking space. The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, and 2 dressing table/study areas + TV. On the ground floor there is a newly equipped kitchen, with induction hob, cooker, fridge,microwave, toaster etc. Lounge area has a sofa bed, TV+DVD player. Well equipped shower room. Outdoor decked dining area. Under 2’s charged at the same rate as an extra guest.

It looks out over farmland and has its own secluded and secure garden with direct access to a bridle path leading to the local facilities in Broadclyst. It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30

Stylish Guest House in East Devon

Enjoy the Devonshire countryside from our family home! Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.

The Wendy House, a cute one bed barn conversion.

Newish barn conversion ‘The Wendy House’ set within the graceful National Trust village of Broadclyst. The Wendy House is a new renovated conversion full of modern convenience despite it being set within the historic 1800’s once working farm. This modern one up one down is lined with the exposed beams of the old Cob barn, it has all mod cons including wall hung smart tv , it has an outside seating area which looks out onto our working yard which is secure .

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
