A contemporary conversion of an old Calvinist chapel dating back to the early 1900's the apartment is self contained and finished to a very high standard. There is private access from a gated public footpath and rear garden. On entering the apartment the downstairs level comprises a new shower room with toilet, towels and toiletries provided. On the same level is the well equipped kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, electric hob, kettle and toaster. A wooden staircase leads to the upper level for sleeping and living, this is a large, light and airy space with high vaulted ceiling. There are two large windows and period features include the original fire place and restored WWII wooden rifle rack. The studio apartment is a calm and relaxing space and the view overlooks an open green area with mature trees and bird song. The living and sleeping space is furnished with a Habitat sofa, real Hypnos double bed, dining table and wardrobe with hanging space, there is a TV with Amazon Firestick, DVD player and WiFi. The studio is located in Clipston a pretty village on the Leicester/Northamptonshire border close to Kelmarsh Hall and Naseby. The Bulls Head is a popular village pub and a short 5 minute walk away, they serve good food and real ales. We are only 4 miles from picturesque Market Harborough with all the usual store and restaurant chains and connections to St Pancras 1hr and 10 mins drive from M1 and M6 exits.

The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) Guinea Fowl Roost

This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open plan kitchen/living area hosts a log burner that makes for cosy evenings. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. Explore the nature trail through the woods, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Oak Den - Cosy Rural Barn

Oak Den barn is tucked away in peaceful countryside, surrounded by fields, It backs onto a small wooded area, also home to our two treehouse cabins. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Market Harborough, you’ll find local pubs, farm shops, and country trails right on your doorstep. Oak Den is part of three lodgings within Barntrees Retreat. Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).
