Rent entire house with a private bathroom, large deck space with table and grill, small living and dining room, EV charging and a kitchen. The entire upstairs is a spacious and unique bedroom space. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. New Paltz is a central location for outdoor fun, close to Mohonk, the Gunks, great biking, hiking, rock climbing, etc.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

Hei, Jeg er født og oppvokst i Norge (Bergen), og er bosatt i New Paltz, ca 1,5 time nord for New York City. Vi har ett stor hus her og leier ut en leilighet på Airbnb. Det går buss fra NYC til New Paltz, og vi bor ca 5 min kjøretur fra buss stoppet. Det er best å leie bil siden det er en 10 min. kjøretur til New Paltz sentrum, men gjestene kan også hentes hvis de ikke har bil. Vi bor på en landvei med ett vineri rett ved siden av oss.
