Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)

On a 3 acre property. Owners house is on the other side of the property, but I will respect your space and privacy unless you need me for anything. There are 3 goofy chickens on site and the bighorn sheep pass through on the regular.
