The Whistle House

Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. We are close to downtown, Ozark Coffee is .05 miles, Lamy building .03 miles which has Bistro No. 5 & Bar, Foundry 324 Event Center. We would love for you to stay with us. Billy & Christene Meyer.

The Orchard House by Katy Trail

Dubbed the Orchard house since being on Orchard street. This newly renovated stand alone home on a quiet dead end road is just what the doctor ordered. Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Fully stocked pond with a pier for fishing or swimming. Bon fires are a must and cookouts are a sure thing. You’ll hear birds chirping and the creek flowing. Kick back and relax away from the city. Enjoy the most amazing sunrises and sunsets and a canopy full of stars. This tiny home is newly built and has a queen size bed in a private room, and two single beds in the comfortable loft. There’s a full-size bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower.

Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. Grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and shopping are all within 10 minutes. Outside electric included.

This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Your family will be comfortable and close to the lake when you stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin. Ask us about our stocked private pond and we can get you access. It’s only a quarter mile away from the property! Also, there’s a small event center on the property that can be rented daily. Next to this house is also an RV hookup and water for extra guests. Enjoy the barbecue grill and two large walkout decks as you bask in the evening sunset.

This nearly hidden cottage in the woods (completed in June 2019) is perfect for a small family, two or three couples enjoying a lake vacation together, or several friends connecting simply to hang out. Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

There's coffee, toaster, basic kitchen essentials, mini fridge with ice cube trays, lawn chairs for the front porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning shade in our quiet little escape. No pets

Da Bus @ Red Barn Luxury Motor Coach

Only a hop skip and jump from the KATY and Rock Island Trails. Da Bus is a 2003 Tiffin Class A Luxury Motor Coach. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, The couch in the living area folds out to a Full size bed. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and freezer, double sink, new faucet, propane stove top, Microwave/convection oven. The large shower has a new faucet and hand wand.

Clinton Barndominium with large Garage!

Enjoy your own space with a large 2 bay garage to park your car, boat, rv, or bikes. House sits at the start of the Katy Trail, close to Wagonner baseball fields, Clinton Community Center, and Truman Lake is just a short drive away. This 1 bedroom home has a second bed in the large laundry room that could accommodate 1-2 guests.

The Broken Spoke

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
