This newly remodeled retreat is located about 2 1/2 miles from the town of Sneedville on Prospect Ridge. It provides all the basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view, go for a walk or just relax inside, reading or watching TV. Join us, unplug and relax.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Our home has a spacious kitchen, large dinning table for family meals, and a gorgeous stone fireplace made from stone found on the property. The lower level is very private and is perfect for parents, in-laws, or teens. This is a peaceful get-a-way with plenty of fishing, hiking, and kayaking. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed , a full bath, kitchen/dining and living room on the main level, master br is upstairs . NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.
