This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything! We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

It includes three queen beds, one king bed, two full bathrooms, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs, and you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. Outside, explore the lively Entertainment District with its small shops and coffee spots. Enjoy activities like axe throwing, escape rooms, and great bars, or try delicious food from LaRosa’s pizzeria.

Private Urban Farm Retreat

Retreat to the city and stay in your own private apartment looking out on goats and chickens at pasture, gardens, and lots of green space. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature by night and explore downtown Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Zoo, stadiums, bars, and restaurants by day. All this within a 15 minute drive! Kick back and relax in this cozy stylish space. It's small but adorable with a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a perfect size for 2 people but will accommodate 4-cozy. Enjoy a glass of wine or any beverage on the quiet & private patio with a forest like setting.You can also enjoy yourself in a 2-3 person hot tub (18yrs and older only) During winter stays outdoor furniture is covered but guest are welcome to uncover and use all furniture pieces, fire pit & grill during nice days as desired.
