This beautiful farmhouse is a single level home, next to acres of farmland and an apple orchard. Deer often come onto the backyard in the evenings, so you can enjoy the sunset next to the outdoor fireplace as you watch the wildlife. It's a great location to enjoy central Utah or as a stop on your way to Southern Utah. We have unlimited high speed internet if you're looking for a remote work location. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. Historic 1911 Miner's Cottage - Winter Quarters

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The Getaway is located just 120 southeast of Salt Lake City. Within walking distance to downtown historic Helper. Meander on the walkway by the river or visit some of the local shops along main street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
