An older farmhouse privately located on front of farm also that sleeps 14, however this property is brand new. Just minutes to Dover NASCAR track & Firefly music festival . 20 minutes to DE Turf Fields. 45 minutes to DE beaches . 1 hour to Phily ,2 hrs to DC , NYC. Tankless hot h20 so you never run out. If booking for firefly , it’s a 4 night minimum. 2 night minimum any other stay.

Come enjoy the sounds of nature as you take time to relax and refocus! There is no boat access to the river from the property. There is a fairly steep bank going down to the river, so please be mindful of this with children.

Our cottage has two bedrooms, one queen and one king - all bedding is provided and included. We have an open cottage concept with water views from every room. A stone gas fireplace, fully equipped custom kitchen, central air, washer & dryer, WIFI, flat screen TV, stereo, gas grill, fire pit, outside shower and front porch.

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.
