Appartamento interamente ristrutturato in casa bifamiliare sui colli di Civitella di Romagna. Situato in piena campagna l’appartamento -primo piano e mansarda- è circondato da campi e boschi che offrono quiete e scorci naturali. È provvisto di parcheggio e dista 30km da Forlì, 50 km dalla riviera romagnola, 10 km da Santa Sofia dove è possibile rilassarsi nelle acque del fiume Bidente e 23 km dalla diga di Ridracoli nel parco delle Foreste Casentinesi. Dista 2,8 km dal centro di Civitella.

Trattasi di un tipico casale romagnolo dell inizio ‘900, immerso nelle colline romagnole tra Forlì e Cesena. A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. A disposizione degli ospiti zona bbq e area attrezzata ombreggiata per cene all aperto.
