The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

The king master suite has an en suite bathroom along with a queen fold out couch. The kids room has two twin beds. The living room has a queen fold out couch bed. Every room features a TV. Will accept parties, this property has plenty of room for gatherings. The back porch area features tons of seating and tables.
