The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

What a view, what a really good view, YES IT IS! Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks to enjoy the water or bring your boat! This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. Water views from all angles, you will feel like you're on a houseboat there's so much water! Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The KING SUITE has a bathroom plus there is a Coral Queen Room and a Groovy Bedroom, with a Queen bed plus twin trundle, which share a hall bathroom. OSR is just over a mile from downtown, boat ramps & all that King's Bay has to offer.

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad

Welcome to our Tsala Gardens Home centrally located in Inverness. There is plenty of outdoor space and decks with room to relax and enjoy. This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.
