The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. Ideal spot for relaxed guests and close to the area's wonderful beaches and coastline and towns of Penzance, St Ives and St Just. For rural romantics

Peaceful hideaway nestled in its private 5 acre mature south facing garden, woodlands and stream, complete with wood-fired hot tub, gym and gamesroom. Family-run barn conversion, The Water Hole, is situated on The Tinner's Way trail and lies just over a mile south of Zennor. It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.

Heather Barn, Zennor

Heather Barn is one of two granite barns which we renovated in 2021. The barns used to be part of our working dairy farm but have now been lovingly converted to provide luxury, high quality holiday accommodation for up to five (plus a cot) on our farm. Heather Barn is two storey with an enclosed private patio. There is private parking for one car. Electric Car charging facilities are available. EV charging is charged at £10 per day. We accept well behaved dogs.

The Hay Loft is 1 of 4 cottages available in this quiet farm setting located at the top of St Ives. The property is detached with parking right outside the front door. The Hay Loft is the perfect romantic getaway with a comfy king bed in a mezzanine style studio, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and lovely shower room. Fast wifi and a smart TV. Outside you have use of a large private patio with a BBQ.

Mermaid's Rest is a newly converted studio boasting kingsize four poster bed plus a small sofa bed. It has an ensuite with double shower and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The studio has a gorgeous patio with seating for 2 and sea views. There are 2 more chairs outside. Mermaid's Rest is 2 minutes from a selection of fabulous restaurants, handy shops and the beach.

The Piggeries, Zennor, St Ives Rural Location

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.

Jack Sparrows House is a whimsical tiny house situated in a sleepy woodland hollow between moor and sea in beautiful West Cornwall. Tucked away in a secluded little spot on our dairy farm lies a magical little off grid escape.
