The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

A delightful recently renovated detached barn conversion in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the pretty Devon village of Hemyock, set in the Blackdown Hills AONB with no street lighting and stunning views across the Culm Valley. Perfect for a rural getaway and exploring the South West with many countryside walks on your doorstep and pubs nearby. We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

We offer you a serene country single story cottage on a working farm, overlooking the picturesque Otter valley in the Blackdown Hills. Comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc and also linen and towels. Olde worlde features incuding beams and woodburner in the centre of the living room. Having one single and one double bedroom. A Patio Door leads out from the living room so you can enjoy your meals outside in the secluded Decked Area.

Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

The Annex is set within 2.5 acres of the owners property, which was originally a farm house, and is surrounded by footpaths to the Hills. Great place for a relaxing or romantic break.
