Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

There is a patio with a barbecue grill and a grassy common area. There is a small playground on the property with nice parks nearby.

Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. It is also right next to a beautiful city park. Located on a dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
