Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs, and a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! Spacious living room & full kitchen stocked for cooking. Relax in this remodeled 4-bedroom split-level home next to a park with children’s play equipment. Features two living rooms, three bathrooms, and decor blending mid-century and organic modern styles. Enjoy a private patio with a fire pit and grill, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary coffee and tea. The downstairs walk-in shower has a rainfall head. Sleeps 10 comfortably; stairs at entry and inside.

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
