The house is opposite a Londis and a very good fish & chip shop. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive, there are so many beautiful beaches to choose from in the area.

Grade 2* Listed situated in the heart of Christchurch Historic Old Town next to the 11th Century Priory Church. The property has undergone a full refurbishment (new kitchen, bathrooms etc) in 2021 and offers a parking permit for the duration of the stay. There is no on site parking.
