Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

Fly Fisherman’s Cottage - Private Retreat!

Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Bird Brook Retreat

Bird Brook Retreat is a functional studio space located in the quaint Village of Chittenango, home to the beautiful Chittenango Falls. This newly renovated space is conveniently located 20 minutes from Syracuse, 25 minutes from Turning Stone Casino and 3 minutes from YBR Casino. A good central location for the Syracuse area. Many outdoor activities await you just minutes away at Green Lakes State Park and The Erie Canal. Come enjoy a calm and peaceful stay at this private and quiet location!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.
