With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

We are 10 minutes from the centre of basingstoke 2 minutes by car to the main hospital and 5 minutes from the railway station There is an abundance of country walks for those who like the outdoors. Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

The Old Basing Retreat is a sleek three-bedroom, 2-bathroom (one en-suite WC) home in Old Basing village by Tudor Basing House. Our Studio suite is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and on street parking. Close to Basingstoke and its business parks and walking distance from Sherfield on Loddon. On the estate there is a Nisa shop and a pub less than 1 mile away. Easy access to the M3 J6 and M4 J11 motorway. This is the perfect space for a business traveller or a couple wanting to explore the local area. Beds = 1 Kingsize OR 2 large singles plus sofa bed available.

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.
