Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

The studio is in the basement of a historic 1923 row home, located near several restaurants, bars, recreation areas and shopping. Ten-minute walk to Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station, close to Union Market, Union Station and 20 minutes to DC monuments. The apartment has many amenities including fast internet, full kitchen and plenty of closet space.
