You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Spacious Chico Retreat – 4BR/2BA Near Chico State

This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and are a work of art. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a large 18x12 master bedroom on the other. The master has a 55” TV connected to hi-fi speakers and has Philips Hue color changing lights.

It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together.
