Set in Arundel in the West Sussex region, Rife Lodge offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free private parking, The lodge has a hot tub. The lodge comes with a equipped kitchen with stove and air fryer, a dining table, flat-screen TV with satellite and a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The lodges also feature a patio with open views and beautiful sunsets. Ford Train Station is 0.3 miles from the Lodge, while Goodwood Motor Circuit is 11 miles from the lodge.

Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Located within walking distance of Chichester town centre near the train station and a short drive to Goodwood, Chichester Marina and West Wittering Beach. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.
