Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.
