Room 1 is spacious and bright, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe with mirror and a furniture with drawers. A door window leads to the balcony. The flat is on the 2nd floor of a private residential building with a new kitchen, shower room, washing machine (new) and a small storage/working room exclusively used by the guests of Room 1.
