Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

The Clubhouse

Open the gates leading from the alley and step into your mountain retreat without leaving the city. The large front porch has a nice shade, comfy furniture, and a grill. Centrally located in Old Colorado City, you will love hanging out here with your family. Kids will love the crafts, games, and books available inside.
