This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends, comrades and guests who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.

Cool Valley Cabin at Grassy Fork

The property is to itself on 37 acres with pond with stocked fish. From the Cabin to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is about 50 minutes. Kids love this place, playing in the creek, paddle boat, feeding fish, catch and release, fire pit, making smores, big yard, two bridges over the creek, if you have AWD or 4x4, go to top of Snowbird Mtn. and hike the A.T. to Wildcat Springs about .88 miles.
