In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome. Parkdale Railway Station on the Frankston line has been upgraded and is fully functional. With foliage it will be perfect! Even the lifts are now working. A treasure in a fantastic location with great facilities - close to everything! This is an open plan unit with a seperate bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen that faces the pool and outdoor area. Seperated from the main house with private access and just 300m from the lovely Black Rock beach and 500m to black rock village restaurants, bars, and cafes. The coastal bike path provides over 30km's of safe cycling, and beautiful walks along the coastline tracks.

The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
