Where the Welcome is Warmer Than the Weather! Extension of a home - private, ensuite, AC rooms, all facing a plunge pool. Located in a quiet village, perfect for relaxed getaways, stopover for those travelling to North or South Goa, or convenient WFH base. The property is 10 mins from Goa Airport, Dabolim. Rooms have refrigerators, televisions, small lockers, electric kettles with tea / coffee making provisions. Wifi is available throughout the property. We sanitize the rooms in between stays.

Konnager is unquestionably our grandest room. It has a long veranda overlooking the garden, from where you can watch life go slowly by. A huge four poster bed and a bedroom sized bathroom with an old iron bath we salvaged from the Yacht Club in Bombay. Wonderfully proportioned, with all the original teak shutters and arched windows.
